Terry Redding

Terry Redding joined CFI Group in 2007. Prior to assuming responsibility for CFI Group’s technology platform his voice of customer client experience spanned a wide variety of industries including credit unions, retail, Telco, and hospitality. Author of CFI Group’s two year old Retail Barometer industry index, Terry has also led the efforts of the Call Center Satisfaction Index for the past seven years. Curious by nature, his comments and articles have been published in a variety of industry magazines and journals (Customer Magazine, E-Commerce Times, Marketwatch, and CFO Magazine), Terry is a former instructor for the American Management Association in the area of corporate performance management. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
