Scott McGillivray

As Chief Strategy Officer for iQmetrix, Scott is responsible for corporate strategy, employee development, corporate culture and marketing. During his 10 years at iQmetrix he has been a key member of the leadership team which has built a highly successful organization: iQmetrix has made the PROFIT 200 list and Canada’s Top 25 Employers list for three consecutive years. Known for his inclusive leadership style, Scott believes in the value of employee empowerment and development, and iQmetrix staff are regularly encouraged to make their own decisions. Over the past few years, Scott has helped manage rapid growth at iQmetrix, in terms of profitability, human resources and expansion into new geographic areas. Scott joined the iQmetrix team in 2003 and until 2011, served as Vice-President of Marketing. Before joining iQmetrix, Scott was an award-winning lecturer at the Faculty of Business Administration of his alma mater, the University of Regina. Scott has a wealth of experience in sales and marketing, with stints at Royal Bank of Canada, SaskTel, ISC, Pattison Group and Westfair Foods. He has a B.Admin and an MBA from the University of Regina. In his spare time, Scott enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with his family and sampling beers from around the world.
